Abort Window Rules

1. Abort window — 36 hours

You may abort an order through Track & Support within 36 hours of placement, provided the parcel has not yet entered pre-dispatch packing. Approved aborts refund to the original payment rail.

2. After the window

Once a shipment label is cut or packing begins, cancellation is generally closed. You may refuse delivery; return freight and spoilage costs may reduce any refund.

3. COD discipline

Repeated COD refusals without a valid reason may suspend COD privileges on the account.

4. Refund tempo

Approved refunds initiate within 5–7 business days. Bank or UPI settlement times vary by provider.

5. Forum reminder

Abort Window disputes follow Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
