1. Pact purpose

V K Enterprises processes personal signals only to fulfil seed orders, secure accounts, and answer support threads. We do not sell contact data to third-party advertisers.

2. Signals we hold

• Identity: name, email, and hashed password.
• Fulfilment: delivery address, phone, basket lines, and chosen payment rail.
• Correspondence: Care Channel, Help Center, and Track & Support submissions.
• Telemetry: browser class, session tokens, and IP for abuse resistance.

3. How signals move

• Authenticate sessions and block duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
• Pick, pack, and hand parcels to courier partners.
• Send transactional notices on dispatch, attempts, and remedies.
• Meet tax and accounting duties where they apply.

4. Retention horizon

Order archives stay for the period commercial and tax law requires. Separate marketing consent, if ever granted, can be withdrawn by writing to support@vkenterprises.store.

5. Your controls

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal retention. Contact support@vkenterprises.store from your registered address.

6. Hardening

Passwords use one-way hashing. Card data stays with certified gateways; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
